Delin Shen

DeLin Shen is a seasoned professional in the fields of research and development, specializing in robotics, software, and controls engineering, currently serving as Senior Director at Medtronic since August 2020. Prior experience includes a decade at Stryker, where roles progressed from Manager to Director in R&D Robotics, and significant prior positions at Carestream Health and Eastman Kodak, managing various technical projects and programs in imaging technologies. Additionally, DeLin has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Davenport University and an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology, teaching project management and systems analysis, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from York University and a series of certificates related to architecture, systems engineering, and medical product development.
