Doron Clark

Doron Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, communications, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Training, Communications, and Ethics at Medtronic, Doron leads initiatives to enhance the global ethics and compliance program. In addition, Doron holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees at Hamline University, contributing to the institution's mission of positively impacting students' lives. Previously at Target, Doron held various roles in Learning and Development, where significant achievements included redesigning training programs and leading strategic initiatives for over 5,000 vendors and merchandising teams. Doron's educational background includes a BA in Religion and Economics from Hamline University.
