Currently serving as Pricing Lead for Western Europe at Medtronic since January 2024, Federica previously held roles such as Pricing Strategy EMEA at PPG and Pricing Strategy Consultant EMEA at Medtronic. With expertise in price harmonization, margin optimization, and strategic pricing policy, Federica has a proven track record in enhancing win rates and profit margins through detailed market analysis and collaboration with commercial teams. Federica’s early career included significant positions at General Electric - Oil&Gas, and a project management role at Deluxe Media Inc. Federica holds an MBA from Bologna Business School and a Master's degree from SDA Bocconi, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Hunter College.
