Jon Klinger

Jon Klinger, MBA, currently serves as a Sr. Manufacturing Manager at Medtronic since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Sr. Manufacturing Manager at Entegris from August 2022 to October 2025 and previously worked at Nilfisk, where responsibilities included Global Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager among other engineering roles from June 2015 to August 2022. Jon began a career in manufacturing at Nilfisk, starting as a Process Engineer Intern and advancing to Production Supervisor. Academically, Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Strategic Growth from the University of St. Thomas.
