Keith Hammond

Keith Hammond has extensive experience in the field of information technology and business management, currently serving as a Senior Lean Sigma Program Manager Process Owner at Medtronic since December 2007. In various roles at Medtronic, including Senior Principal Process Analyst and Principal IT Business Analyst, Keith has provided business intelligence and developed custom software solutions to enhance decision-making and support logistical operations. Prior to this, Keith worked as a Human Tissue Distribution Clerk, managing reporting and training on order assignments using Terso software while resolving customer service and technical issues related to SAP. Earlier experience at the University of Memphis involved tutoring students in Computer Science, Physics, and Math, and assisting in laboratory operations. Keith holds two degrees in Information Technology from the University of Memphis, with a Bachelor of Arts achieved from 2009 to 2012 and a Bachelor of Professional obtained from 2006 to 2012.
