Kirit Patel

Kirit Patel has extensive experience in engineering management and quality services, currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Quality Services at Medtronic, where responsibilities include overseeing validation, metrology, and microbiology lab functions. Prior to this role, Kirit served as the Validation Engineering Manager, establishing validation plans and improving procedures, and as a Principal Reliability Engineer, ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO regulations while managing new product launch projects. Additional experience includes a position as Principal Engineer at Medtronic Spinal & Biologics and as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Kirit holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and two master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and BVM.
