Komail Lakha

Komail Lakha is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global TA Senior Manager of Sourcing, Events, and Attraction at Medtronic. Previously, Komail held the position of Diversity TA Manager at Nike and served as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Target, where responsibilities included sourcing and recruiting. Earlier roles also include Talent Leader and Senior Recruiter focusing on talent sourcing at Target, and a Sales Associate position at Wells Fargo. Komail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Communication from the University of Minnesota, completed in 2011, and graduated from Park Center Senior High in 2007.
