Kristine Gredzens

Kristine Gredzens is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience, currently serving as VP of Finance and CFO of Peripheral Vascular Health at Medtronic since May 2002. Gredzens has held various senior finance roles within Medtronic, including CFO and Senior Finance Director for the Cardiac Surgery business, where responsibilities included driving strategic business objectives and resolving major financial issues. Previous roles also encompassed finance leadership in supply chain and operational finance, along with a foundational position at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor. Gredzens holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
