Lisa Houghton

Lisa Houghton is a highly experienced quality engineer currently serving as a Principal CM Quality Engineer for Medtronic's Surgical Robotics division since June 2015. In this role, Lisa collaborates with Contract Manufacturers to define and document responsibilities for new product initiatives and develops Quality Plans. Prior to this, Lisa held positions as a Sr. CM/Supplier Design Quality Engineer, and a Principal Quality Engineer on contract at Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group. With a career spanning over three decades, Lisa has also worked as a Quality Engineer for LMH Consulting, Playtex Products, Thomas G. Faria, and Cole Hersee Company. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Quality Systems from Bowling Green State University and prior studies at the University of Connecticut and Northeastern University.
