Lorinda Burgess

Lorinda Burgess serves as a Board Member for AngioDynamics and as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair for Stepan Company. At Medtronic, Burgess holds the position of CFO and Vice President of Finance for the Americas Region, overseeing a division with over $18 billion in revenue and managing a finance team of 570 professionals. Previous roles at Medtronic include leadership in customer operations and financial management across various divisions. Early career experience includes a Director of Finance position at Black Entertainment Television and previous finance and leadership roles in retail and entertainment. Burgess earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Accounting and Marketing from The Ohio State University.
