Max Madore

Max Madore is a Senior R&D Engineer at Medtronic, overseeing the Boston Fleet Management site and managing the internal R&D group's robotic fleet since September 2024. Previously, Max held roles as a Senior Electrical Engineer within the Released Product Engineering group, providing triage and root cause support for the Hugo Robotic-Assisted Surgery program, and in Hardware Integration, addressing system failures and intermittent field issues. Prior experience includes working at Microchip Technology Inc. and Microsemi Corporation as a Senior Electronic Design Engineer, leading RF circuit design initiatives for ultra-low noise VCSOs, with earlier roles focusing on design and test engineering at Phonon. Max's foundational experience includes serving as a Stagehand at the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts and working as an Art and Design Librarian at the University of Connecticut. Max holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
