Meg Ward

Meg Ward, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Engineering Program Director at Medtronic since October 2025. Prior to this role, Meg was the Director of Program Management and Functional Director at Mozarc Medical from August 2023 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development and clinical trial advancement of a home kidney dialysis system with a $30M annual budget and managing a global team of over 225 professionals. Meg's extensive experience at Medtronic from June 2005 to August 2023 involved various leadership positions focused on program management and product lifecycle management, emphasizing compliance and R&D programs. Additional prior roles include Project Engineer at Zimmer Biomet and Boston Scientific, as well as Mechanical Engineer at Eaton. Meg holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
