Michael Holder

Michael Holder, MBA, PMP, DRM Black Belt, has over three decades of experience in engineering and program management, currently serving as an Engineering Program Manager at Medtronic since January 1990. Holder has successfully led cross-functional teams through the new product development process and previously held roles including Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, Value Stream Manager, and Sr. Test Engineer/Operations Manager, contributing extensively to manufacturing processes and operational improvement. Prior to joining Medtronic, Holder served as a Communications Technician and Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps for six years. Holder holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a BSEET in Microelectronics from Arizona State University.
