Miriam Goldman, PMP, CMQ/OE, currently serves as the Sr Director of Regulatory Affairs, Transformation and Strategy at Medtronic, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Goldman worked as a Consultant at RQM+ from May 2021 to October 2025 and as a Senior Operations Manager at Learning Sciences International from July 2020 to May 2021. Experiences also include serving as a Technical Documentation and Knowledge Manager at ark data centers and holding various positions at Philips, including Project Manager and Senior Technical Writer. As a freelance Medical and Technical Writer from 2007 to August 2016, Goldman managed multiple projects and produced a variety of technical documentation. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in English from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in English from Rollins College, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
