Robert Shake is a seasoned supply chain leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, risk management, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Medtronic, Robert spearheads supplier management initiatives to enhance business continuity for neurovascular medical devices. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles within the U.S. Marine Corps, where they demonstrated exemplary leadership and project management skills, culminating in the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. In addition to ongoing education in Information Systems Technology and Supply Chain Management, Robert is currently a Hiring Our Heroes Fellow and actively participating in the BreakLine program to support career transitions for veterans.
