Rodger Bell

Rodger Bell is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Senior Principal R&D Engineer at Medtronic since April 2020, Rodger has previously owned Bell Design, a mechanical engineering services firm specializing in product design and development. Prior roles include Director of Engineering & Quality at Pulse Systems, where emphasis was placed on contract manufacturing, and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at FoxHollow Technologies, contributing to the development of innovative medical devices. Rodger’s engineering career commenced at Medtronic AVE as an Equipment Engineer, following a position as a Mechanical Engineer at Machina, Inc. Rodger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a certificate in NxLevel for Entrepreneurs from Solano Community College.
