Sally Saba M.D.

Sally Saba MD, MBA currently serves as VP - Global Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer and President of the Medtronic Foundation, having joined Medtronic in March 2020. Prior to this, Sally Saba held multiple leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente from February 2009 to January 2019, including Vice President of Operations Performance and Compliance and Executive Director of Supplier Diversity Procurement Operations. Other professional experiences include serving as President of Alchemy Group Inc. and Owner of Exotic Accents LLC. Sally Saba began their career at Vodafone in various roles. Educational qualifications include an M.D. from Cairo University Faculty of Medicine, an MBA from ESLSCA, and various leadership certifications from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School.
