Shannon Mays

Shannon Mays possesses extensive experience in the medical device industry, having worked at Medtronic from June 2006 to September 2022, where roles included Senior Regional Sales Director, District Sales Manager, and Ambulatory Surgery Center Territory Manager, among others. In the role of Senior Regional Sales Director, Mays led a strategic turnaround in the Southeast US, transforming a previously underperforming region into a top contender. Prior to Medtronic, Mays founded NexGen Medical Inc., growing the business to $1M in revenue within a short period. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stetson University.
