Stephanie Franklin-Thomas Ph.D.

Stephanie Franklin-Thomas, PhD, MBA, BA, CISA, NACD.DC, currently serves as VP/Global Chief Information Security Officer at Medtronic since December 2023 and as a Board Member at CHI St. Luke's Health since April 2019. Previously, Stephanie held the position of SVP/Chief Information Security Officer at ABM Industries and was Vice Chairman of the CyberSecurity Committee at the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers from January 2020 to April 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Motiva Enterprises LLC and a leading role in digital technology risk management at Baker Hughes, a GE company. Stephanie began her career in advisory services with senior positions at EY and PwC, focusing on SAP project management and compliance. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Leadership & Management from Northcentral University, an MBA in Management/Finance, and a BA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University.
