Tom Larson

Tom Larson is an experienced leader currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager at Medtronic. With a strong background in product design and development, project management, and people management, Tom has demonstrated proven skills as a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and DFSS. Previously, Tom held various roles at Graco, Jet Edge, and ATK, where responsibilities included managing product development teams and leading significant projects within the defense and medical sectors. Tom earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of North Dakota and continues to develop expertise in engineering and technical excellence.
