Tom Lennon

Tom Lennon currently serves as Principal R&D Technical Lead at Medtronic since June 2019, having previously held positions as Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Engineer 2 at Siemens Healthineers from June 2015 to May 2019. In these roles, Tom has focused on designing and testing instruments for product development, algorithm development for LED characterization, and conducting root-cause analysis to enhance production efficiency. Earlier experience includes positions as a Humanoid Simulation Lab Technician at the University of Rhode Island, a Biomedical Engineer intern at Brigham and Women's Hospital, and a Clinical Engineer intern at Massachusetts General Hospital. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and a Certificate of Specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School Online.
