Made-from-scratch frozen pizza from family recipe’s, authentic and hand-stretched dough, with premium ingredients. We the dough is rested & fermented for at least 48-72 hours. Pizza's are customized in size and toppings, per customer. We do not use any oils except for Extra Virgin Olive Oil and we do not use any artificial ingredients. “My family came to Ellis Island from a small town south of Palermo, Sicily & eventually opened their restaurant, Midullo’s Spaghetti & Pizza, which was est. in 1950. I was born and raised in Texas and wanted to carry the family tradition.
