Richard Bell

Richard Bell is a software developer who currently works at MedUniverse. Richard has previous experience working as a developer at Gametek and as an analyst programmer at Healthcare and Services Technology Ltd.

Bell started their career in 2012 as an admin role to the customer service manager at Healthcare and Services Technology Ltd. Richard was promoted to 1st line support in 2013, followed by 2nd line support in 2014, and eventually 3rd line support in 2015. In 2016, they moved to a new team that was dedicated in developing services and solutions to replace the legacy system. Richard successfully released a new mapping service and single sign on solution.

In 2018, Bell left Healthcare and Services Technology Ltd to join Gametek as a developer. Richard was a member of a small development team that was responsible for KYC (Know your customer), Fraud, AML (Anti-money laundering) and Payments for the Mr. Green Online Casino brand. A lot of their work was dictated by the regulatory laws that constantly change in existing markets, or opening up into new markets.

Bell left Gametek in 2020 and joined MedUniverse as a software developer.

Richard Bell completed a BTEC National Diploma in Information Technology at South Staffordshire College. Richard then attended Norman Henshilwood high school. Richard is certified as a ScrumMaster by the Scrum Alliance.
