Jorge Aguilar Mateos has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jorge began their career in 2000 as a Product Support Engineer at Comarco Wireless Technologies, where they provided technical support and training for benchmarking and optimization products.

In 2001, Jorge joined SwissQual, initially serving as a Senior Product Support Engineer. Jorge later transitioned to the role of Product Marketing Manager, where they developed technical specifications and conducted market analysis for new products. As the International Sales Manager, they led sales and account management efforts in Spain and Portugal, achieving significant market share and growth.

Continuing their career progression, Jorge joined SwissQual AG in 2007 as the Sales Director for the Latam and Iberian Peninsula regions. Jorge successfully established and executed a business plan to establish SwissQual in the CALA region, winning projects in over 15 countries. Jorge also implemented a new company structure to manage the CALA market through local offices.

In 2009, Jorge co-founded Swiss Mobility Solutions, assuming the roles of Co-founder and Vice President of Product Marketing. Jorge played a key role in establishing the company's main office in Alicante and contributed to significant annual growth by landing over 30 customers, including major mobile network operators in Latam.

In 2014, Jorge joined Gemalto as the Director of Product Marketing, leading the integration of Swiss Mobility Solutions into the company. Jorge worked closely with verticals to find product synergies and define a unified go-to-market strategy. Jorge also managed the QoX Marketing team, responsible for product strategy, competitive analysis, pricing models, and marketing communication campaigns.

Most recently, Jorge Aguilar Mateos served as the Vice President of Sales at MedUX before being promoted to Chief Sales Officer (CSO) in April 2022. In this role, they oversee the sales function and is responsible for leading business development, operations, and product management of the IoT QoS solution.

Throughout their career, Jorge has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on delivering high-value solutions.

From 1996 to 2000, Jorge Aguilar Mateos pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, specializing in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
