Kelly Stevens

Kelly Stevens has extensive work experience in various roles. Kelly started their career in 2006 as an Equine Facility Manager at Yellow House Farm, where they managed the operations of the facility. In 2008, they became an Office Manager at Stringtown Animal Hospital, overseeing the daily administrative tasks. Moving forward, they joined MedVet in 2012 and held multiple positions. Initially, they served as an HR Administrative Assistant/Coordinator, supporting the HR leadership team and providing services to employees and clients. Later on, they became a Client Services Manager, managing the operations of a 24-hour department and collaborating with different departments to improve processes. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Business Partner, utilizing their expertise in HR to support the company's growth and success.

Kelly Stevens earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Equestrian/Equine Studies from Otterbein University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Franklin University, attending from 2008 to 2009. In September 2018, Kelly obtained a certification in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
