Matt Morbitt

Matt Morbitt is currently the Vice President of Organization & Leadership Development at MedVet Medical & Cancer Centers for Pets, a position held since January 2018. Previously, Matt served as the Director of Human Resources at Worthington Steel, overseeing HR support for a $400 million business unit with approximately 2,100 employees across 20 locations in North America. Additionally, Matt held the role of Director of Talent & Organizational Development, where strategic talent development initiatives were implemented in alignment with company values. Earlier experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources for Franklin University and Vice President of Associate Development & Education at The Bisys Group Inc., focusing on the financial services sector. Matt holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, specializing in Organization Development and Purchasing/Materials Management.
