Sarai Kobaly

Sarai Kobaly, MHA serves as Vice President of Clinical Services, with direct responsibility for overseeing the Hospital Directors in Texas (Dallas, Grapevine, Richardson), Louisiana (Mandeville and New Orleans), Alabama (Mobile), North Carolina (Asheville), and Virginia (The Veterinary Referral Center of Northern Virginia). In this role, Sarai is a collaborative thought leader working in partnership with colleagues at all levels to help drive the organization forward in pursuit of the mission, Leading Specialty Healthcare for Pets. Sarai has held varying leadership roles within the healthcare industry for the past 15 years. Her most recent position was as Vice President of Operations at Healogics where she was responsible for operational oversight of 12 different hospitals’ wound care and hyperbaric outpatient departments. This role demonstrates her strong ability to coach and mentor directors to drive business and build relationships within the community.
