Tim Brown started their work experience in 2012 as a Support Tech Intern at Interlink Advantage. Tim then worked at TimuTech as the Founder and Support Technician from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were employed at Oxford Consulting Group as a Desktop Support Analyst, where they provided support, systems and network administration for multiple clients. In 2014, they joined Quick Solutions as an Associate Consultant for a brief period. Since 2014, Tim has been working at MedVet in various roles, including Level 2 IT Support Specialist, Senior Help Desk Specialist, Help Desk Supervisor, and currently as a System Administrator.

From 2012 to 2016, Tim attended DeVry University, where they completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Network and Communications Management.
Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, Tim also attended DeVry University, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.S.) degree in Network Systems Administration.
In addition to their degrees, Tim obtained a certification in A+ from CompTIA in March 2013.
