Karl Paul

Karl Paul currently serves as the Managing Director at Medwaste Solutions Ltd since March 2025. Previously, Karl held significant roles including Head of Sales for Ireland at Shred-it from September 2015 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing document destruction services tailored to maintain client confidentiality. Concurrently, Karl also acted as Head of Sales at Stericycle during the same period, contributing to Ireland’s leading healthcare waste services provider. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Business Development for AIB Merchant Services from July 2008 to August 2015, focusing on payment processing services across Ireland and Great Britain, as well as a Regional Manager at UPC Broadband from 2002 to 2008.
