Timo Wassenberg

Timo Wassenberg is a specialized nurse with extensive experience in emergency and recovery care. Currently employed at MedWay since June 2022 as a specialized nurse in the emergency department and recovery, Timo also works at Amsterdam UMC since January 2019, holding roles as an emergency nurse and high-care recovery nurse. Previous experience includes serving as a nurse in pulmonary medicine at OLVG and various positions within the Studievereniging Venae, including Chair of the Advisory Board and Treasurer. Timo holds specialized degrees from the VUmc Amstel Academie in emergency care and high-care recovery, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Educational background includes studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Van Maerlant lyceum.
