Lucas Watanabe

Lucas Watanabe is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the tech and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a partner at FirstLayer and a Senior Product Manager at Medway, Lucas leads product development efforts aimed at enhancing the user experience for medical students and residents. Previously, Lucas contributed to the founding team of Mercê do Bairro, where responsibilities included creating product roadmaps and managing finance and HR departments.
