Patricia Serb

Patricia Serb has over 17 years of professional work experience. Patricia began their career in 2003 as a Graphic Designer at WA Juerjens, where they developed corporate and brand identities, editorial design, annual reports, newsletters, and direct mailings. In 2007, they joined TiE Inc. as Manager of Chapter Support and Development, where they supported international TiE branches in strategic planning and development. Later that year, they moved to TiE SV as Special Projects Manager and International Trainee, where they planned and coordinated conferences, seminars, and hospitality events to promote entrepreneurship. In 2008, they joined TiE UK Ltd. as Senior Manager of Events Coordination and Membership, where they initiated, planned, and co-ordinated the logistic requirements for 80+ member focused events. From 2012-2016, they worked as a Project Manager at EVENT@BERLIN All4ONE GmbH & Co. KG. In 2017, they joined Democracy Reporting International gGmbH as Executive Assistant and Assistentin der Geschäftsführung. From 2018-2020, they worked at Start Medicare GmbH as Executive Assistant and Key Account Manager, where they optimized and managed operational processes, internal and external correspondence, and relocation and integration management for foreign healthcare professionals. Patricia currently works as a Project Manager of International Recruiting at MEDWING.

Patricia Serb obtained their Diploma in Design from FH M\u00fcnster between 1998 and 2002. Patricia then went on to complete their European MA in Media, Communication and Cultural Studies from the University of Kassel between 2005 and 2007.
