Scott Czubkowski has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Scott began their career as a Mechanical Test Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding before transitioning to Siemens USA as a Business Development and Construction Management professional. After their time at Siemens, they joined Siemens Schweiz AG as the Manager of the Business Impact Team. Scott then moved to Siemens Building Technologies - Canada, where they served as the Director of BAU Head Canada. Following this, they joined Mechanical HVAC DB as the Director of Energy Services, where they developed and implemented ROI energy savings strategies. Scott then worked at McKim & Creed, Inc. as the Senior Project Engineer, focusing on healthcare and university sectors. Currently, they are working at Medxcel Facilities Management as the National Director of Energy & Facility Performance, where they manage the acute care hospital and healthcare portfolio. In this role, Scott utilizes data and analytics to drive strategic investments that lead to energy savings and carbon reduction. Scott also collaborates with stakeholders and operational teams to develop initiatives and deliver high-quality energy projects.

Scott Czubkowski PE, CHC has a strong educational background in project management, international business, and mechanical engineering. Scott first attended Keller Graduate School of Management from 1998 to 2001 and obtained a Master of Project Management (MPM) degree. Continuing their education, Scott then enrolled in continuing education courses in International Business at Vleruck Leuven Gent Management School from 2006 to 2007. Finally, they completed their undergraduate studies at Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1986 to 1990, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
