Derek French

Derek French has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Derek began their career in 2000 as a Business Line Controller at Dreyfus, where they were responsible for management reporting and analysis. In 2006, they joined Lehman Brothers as an Assistant Vice President and served in that role until 2008. Derek then joined DTCC as a Finance Manager, specializing in financial planning and analysis. In 2010, they moved to Fifth Third Bank as the VP of Finance, a position they held until 2014. Currently, Derek is the Vice President of Finance at Medxcel Facilities Management, a role they have been serving since July 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Finance at Medxcel from 2014 to 2019.

Derek French pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh between 1994 and 1998. Following that, they attended the Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2002 to 2005, obtaining an MBA with a specialization in Finance/Investments.
