Mistie Bulthuis

Mistie Bulthuis has a diverse work experience history. Mistie currently works as a Talent Specialist at Medxcel Facilities Management since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Training Specialist at the same company from January 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Medxcel Facilities Management, Mistie worked as a Recruiter at Knowledge Services from April 2021 to January 2022.

Their work experience also includes a role as an Assistant Manager at Sprint, where they started as a Sales Associate and received a promotion within four months. Mistie worked at Sprint from February 2014 to August 2016 and was recognized multiple times for exceeding sales projections.

Mistie's earliest work experience was at Columbus East High School, where they served as a Color Guard Director from June 2013 to July 2016. In this role, they created and taught choreography and organized competitions.

Mistie Bulthuis has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which they obtained from 2020 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Medical Insurance Specialist/Medical Biller at Medtech College-Greenwood Campus from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Mistie also holds an E-Learning Instructional Design Certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), which they obtained in October 2020.
