Alexander (Xan) V. has a diverse work experience in entrepreneurship and mentoring. Alexander (Xan) is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of MEEK, a platform and ecosystem for students, entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors to collaborate and create success stories. Alexander (Xan) is also the Founder of Aureus Ventures, where they build, invests in, and supports entrepreneurs and start-ups in developing and launching their ideas and businesses. Xan has been an Entrepreneur in the Accelerator Program at Founder Institute. Additionally, they have served as a Startup Mentor in CaterpillHERS' Entrepreneurial Program, aiding social entrepreneurs in Pakistan. Xan was also the Co-Founder of Scootz and the Founder & CEO of Sportside. Alexander (Xan) has previously founded UKOSS and served as the Director of Operations at LITE ROYALE COLLEGE LIMITED. Xan has experience as a Director at Confeti Events and was the Co-Founder & Director of ON YOUR BIKE.

Alexander (Xan) V. began their education at the Dragon School Oxford from 1989 to 1995. Following this, they attended Eton College from 1995 to 2000. Alexander (Xan) then pursued a Masters degree in History at the University of St Andrews, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. After completing their undergraduate studies, Alexander went on to Oxford Brookes University from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Real Estate. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications from Draper University in January 2022 and Antler Launch Academy in January 2021.
