Sue Rinke

Sue Rinke has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Claim Manager II - Casualty at Meemic Insurance Company since August 2018. Prior to this role, Rinke worked at State Farm for over 22 years in various capacities, including Sr. Claims Specialist in BI Litigation and Special Investigative Unit Claim Specialist, focusing on investigating and resolving complex insurance claims. Rinke also held positions such as Bodily Injury Complex Claims Specialist and Auto Property Damage Claim Specialist, where responsibilities included claim evaluation and customer assistance. Rinke began their career at NBD Bank (Chase) as a Credit Analyst and Commercial Lender, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio. Rinke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Oakland University.
