Nikki van den Boom has extensive experience in the educational sector, currently serving as a member of the GMR and as a group teacher for clusters 5-6 and 7-8 at Meerderweert, primair onderwijs in Weert and Nederweert since August 2018. In addition, Nikki has been involved with Philips van Horne sg since August 2014, assuming roles such as Oranje Route coordinator for a collaboration in Weert, Nederweert, and Cranendonck, and as a member of the internal support team, which focuses on providing additional assistance to students with specific needs. Prior to these roles, Nikki worked as the coordinator for the havo initiative (Passend Onderwijs) at Aloysius Stichting and mentored students in various years of special secondary education. Nikki began the teaching career as a group teacher at Meerderweert from 2007 to 2010, focusing on diverse groups and supporting an NT2 class. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Ecological Pedagogy from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, a communication course from ISBW, and a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
