Manoranjan Nayak is a seasoned professional in process excellence and supply chain management with significant experience across various esteemed organizations. Currently serving in a process excellence role at Meesho since December 2024, Manoranjan focuses on network design and operational efficiency. Previously, as the National Process Head at bigbasket.com, responsibilities included optimizing supply chain processes across 17 cities in India, enhancing delivery systems for over 2.3 lakh customers daily, and implementing sustainable practices. Tenure at Decathlon Sports India involved managing the E-commerce supply chain, transport budgeting, and vendor management, leading to cost reductions and improved serviceability. Prior experience includes a central program manager role at Ecom Express, managing cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance for major E-commerce clients.
