Kate Davis serves as the Vice President of Special Projects at Meet Boston and the Executive Director of the Meet Boston Foundation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kate held several key positions in the City of Boston, including Director of the Office of Tourism, Sports and Entertainment from October 2019 to March 2022 and Director of Operations in the Mayor's Office of Economic Development from September 2017 to October 2019. Kate's earlier tenure included Director of Administration and Finance in the Mayor's Office of Tourism, Sports and Entertainment and Program Manager for Research and Development at the Mayor's Office of Arts, Tourism, and Special Events. Additionally, Kate worked as a Graduate Intern at the J. Paul Getty Trust and held managerial positions at Nantucket Island Resorts, as well as contributing as an author for Rough Guides. Academically, Kate obtained a Master of Public Administration in policy and non-profit management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
