Susan Y. Colby, CPA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at Meet Boston, driving financial leadership and strategic direction to support tourism-related economic growth in the Boston region. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of VP of Finance at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford, where significant contributions included developing a new finance team and fostering collaboration across various departments. Earlier experience as Director of Finance at the United Way of Connecticut was marked by a track record of achieving clean audits, improving financial literacy among program leaders, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Susan holds an MBA from Westminster University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
