Naomi Shah has had a diverse work experience. Naomi started their career at Intel Corporation in 2016, working on the IoT Markets and Ecosystem Team. In 2017, they moved on to Goldman Sachs, where they worked as an Equities Trader. In 2018, they joined Union Square Ventures as part of the Investment Team, focusing on early-stage investments in healthcare, mental health, and media companies. During their time at USV, they incubated and spun out Meet Cute, an entertainment brand specializing in rom-coms. In 2019, Naomi became the Founder and CEO of Meet Cute, with backing from USV, Lerer Hippeau, and LocalGlobe.

Naomi Shah attended Stanford University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Human Biology at Stanford University. Prior to attending Stanford, Naomi completed the International Baccalaureate Program at Sunset High School.
