David Manshoory

David Manshoory has extensive work experience in the real estate and technology industries. From 2005 to 2019, they held various positions at various companies. In 2005, they worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Westwood Financial Corp. In 2006, they worked as a Development Analyst at Westfield. From 2010 to 2013, they were Co-Founder and CEO of 1 On 1 Academic Tutors, an edtech company. From 2008 to 2015, they were Founder and Managing Partner of Momentum Capital Partners, a Southern California real estate investment and operating company. From 2017 to 2019, they were Co-Founder and COO of Sphynx. From 2019 to present, they are Co-Founder and COO of Alleyoop, a company that has won multiple awards for its makeup and skincare products.

David Manshoory obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Entrepreneurship from the USC Marshall School of Business between 2001 and 2005. David then attended UCLA Extensions for a Real Estate Investment Certificate Program from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they obtained their Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California. In 2008, they obtained their Real Estate Broker's License from the California Department of Real Estate.
