Marcello Vignocchi

Marcello Vignocchi has over 25 years of work experience. In 1993, they completed their military service in the Nucleo Elaborazione Dati, where they developed software applications in Borland Pascal. In 1995, they joined Sysdata Italia S.p.A. (Datamat group) as a Software Analyst, where they were in charge of Windows NT network installation and administration. In 1997, they joined ESA Software S.p.A. as a System Engineer. In 1998, they joined Carpi Informatica s.r.l. as a Project Leader. In 2001, they joined Gucci as Planning, Business Intelligence & CRM MIS Manager. In 2013, they were promoted to Innovative Solutions Director, where they instilled a new innovation culture in the company. In 2017, they joined Kering as Mobile Apps Product Director and SalesForce Program Director, leading the product owners' team and Lumière, a digital transformation program. In 2021, they became Co-Founder & CEO of Meet ALPHA, a mobile-first Connection Clienteling platform that simplifies and enriches the Sales Associate+ Clients relationship.

Marcello Vignocchi received their Executive MBA in Innovation from MIP-Politecnico Di Milano between 2011 and 2014. From 1987 to 1993, they studied Computer Science at Università di Pisa, graduating with a degree of 110/110 cum laude. Marcello also attended LICEO SCIENTIFICO M. GRIGOLETTI OF MANIAGO from 1982 to 1987, where they completed their scientific upper secondary school education.
