Whitney Kramer has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Pharmacogenomics Tech at the Mayo Clinic, where they initiated a project and discovered a novel series of fusion genes. Whitney was then asked to leave school before graduating to become a full-time employee due to their contributions and integral role in these discoveries and resultant patents. In 2008, they worked as a Science Progress Researcher at the Center for American Progress, followed by a role as a Clinical Genetics Tech at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in 2009. That same year, they began a Clinical Pharmacology Fellowship in the Disease and Therapeutics Modeling Program at Indiana University, where they completed the first phase of a new application for Bayesian adaptive clinical trials and was awarded a $200k grant. In 2012, they became the Team Manager for a Predictive Modeling Database at Tufts Medical Center, where they directed a 5-member team to create the database in less than a year. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Manager of Analytics at Iora Health, where they were solely responsible for the design and implementation of Iora Health’s clinical business model evaluation. In 2018, they joined LifestyleCX, Inc. as the Tech Team Lead & Product Manager, where they were responsible for taking the company from 0 to closing a first round. Finally, in 2019, Whitney joined Mindoula as a Data Science, where they pioneered their first data stack.
Whitney Kramer obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry, Cum Laude from St. Norbert College in 2007. Whitney then went on to earn their Master's of Science in Medical Genetics/Clinical Pharmacology with Advanced Statistical Training from Metrum and Hopkins from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2011. In 2012, they earned their Certificate in Clinical Research from Indiana University School of Medicine. Additionally, they have a Corporate Finance - 5 Part Specialization from Ross School of Business (GoBlue) from Coursera.
