Emmanuelle Shaaravi serves as the Compliance & Security Lead at Match Group since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in compliance, security, and internal controls from previous roles at ForHumanity, Omdena, and Philip Morris International. In addition to a volunteer fellowship at ForHumanity focusing on ensuring ethical AI practices, Emmanuelle has led machine learning projects and founded Fairswap, a collaborative currency swapping platform. Emmanuelle's career includes significant financial and auditing roles at Crown Packaging and EY, where skills in risk assessment, internal audits, and financial analysis were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Finance from EM Strasbourg Business School and a Graduate Program Certificate from Krakow University of Economics.
