Mickael Moyen-Pedone

Mickael MOYEN-PEDONE serves as the People Director at Meetic since November 2018, overseeing HR functions for Tech and Product & Data Teams, including retention strategies, HR development, organizational changes, and HR data management. Additionally, Mickael has been a contributor and activist for Time for the Planet since November 2020. Previous roles include Faculty Lecturer at CESI, Talent Acquisition Project Manager at OUI.sncf, Senior Recruiter at Volt, and Recruiter at NORMAN ALEX in Monaco. Mickael’s educational background includes multiple degrees in Human Resources from Université Côte d'Azur and IUT Nice Sophia-Antipolis.
