Meeting Expectations
Amy Critzer is the executive director of The Users Group, Inc. (TUG), where she is responsible for board management, strategic planning, financial management, exhibitor and sponsor sales and speaker management for events. She also works with TUG’s conference committee throughout the planning process of its National Conference and Regional Workshop.
Amy is a graduate of the University of North Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in communications with a track in advertising. She is a member of the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE).
