Alaa El-Din Galal

Alaa El-Din Galal has extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Alaa El-Din is currently the Group Director of Learning and Development at Meeting Point International since August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Learning and Development - Egypt at Meeting Point Hotels from August 2018. Alaa El-Din also worked as a Learning and Development Manager at AccorHotels from July 2017 to July 2018 and as the Learninig and Development Department Head at Sunrise Resorts and Cruises from August 2016 to July 2017. Before joining Sunrise Resorts and Cruises, Alaa worked at IGCS Egypt as an Assistant Training Manager - Recruitment Specialist and Trainer - Training Coordinator from July 2012 to September 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Trainer at Orascom Training & Technology from November 2013 to July 2016 and at Nahdet El Mahrousa from March 2013 to May 2015. Alaa's earlier experiences include working as a Trainer at the Egyptian Tourism Federation from March to December 2010 and as an English and Soft Skills Instructor at AMIDEAST from February to December 2010.
