Nadila Ouazahrou

Nadila Ouazahrou serves as the Head of Talent & Culture for North Africa at FTI Group since December 2022. Prior to this role, Nadila held positions at adidas as an HR Coordinator & Recruiter from January 2017 to December 2022, managing over 240 employees and overseeing recruitment and the administration of expatriate employee files. Additionally, Nadila worked at Leyton Maroc from September 2007 to December 2016 as Chargée d'administration & projets RH, focusing on recruitment, personnel administration, and health insurance contracts. Nadila holds a Master’s degree in Management de la Qualité et des Projets from Université de Tours, obtained between September 2009 and June 2010, and is bilingual in French and English.
